Both my Boys are members of this martial arts group , they absolutely love it here and have been involved for over 1 year. It has helped develop their minds, physical ability, and given them self control and discipline. The instructors are fantastic and I absolutely recommend it to all parents looking for a great activity that will teach life lessons.

And today I'd like to talk a little bit, about my experience of learning jujitsu at Fort Lauderdale Jiu-Jitsu under the instruction of Bruce Belfield. So when I moved to Florida, my plan had been to go around the area and try the different schools and see where it was the best fit for me. Now, throughout my years of experience as a strength conditioning coach, I have had the good fortune to work with some truly world class coaches. He's able to take the most complex of concepts, the most complex of movements and break them down into simple terms. It's really going to accelerate your learning as a student of Jiu-Jitsu. Not only that, but Bruce understands the applications of Jiu-Jitsu. He's worked in law enforcement and he's even worked as a SWAT officer. He understands what will and what will not work when your life is on the line. That is the sort of person you need to be learning Jiu-Jitsu from. Not only that, but Bruce is truly one of the nicest people you will ever meet in your life. He has dedicated numerous hours after class to answering my questions. My 7 year old son is a team member at this school. I have to say from my heart that this is the best of the best school I have ever seen , The instructors are with out any questions absolutely incredible ! I go to every class with my son and watch him closely, in a few months of training I see a huge positive change in his all around life style ! Respect, self confidence, getting A-s with his school work, helping around the house , eating good food, caring about himself, trying to get better at everything he does , treating all people how he wants to be treated, protecting his friends from bullying I can go on and on .
